It is Laundry Sunday at the Kassel Household. Thanks to Andy for getting our washer and dryer set up, so that we can get back to a little bit of normalcy!
Basketball Evaluations
We took a short moving break today in order to take John to his basketball evaluations for Upward Basketball. He did well, but I can’t believe it is that time of year already. Practices start in early January!
New Bus
After a mix-up yesterday with starting their new bus route, the kids got to ride today. We all are happy that their bus will be picking them up a full 20 minutes later. More sleep for all of us!
Settling In
After some initial discomfort, Newman discovered that sun comes in the back sliding glass door just like our old house. Add her favorite rug and we have a comfy kitty. Welcome home Newman!
It should also be noted that Newman has lived in all six of our homes. Yes, she is old.

I cannot believe how well everything went from start to finish. Our realtor, Shelley Loesing with Weichert Realtors, and Scott Batt and his team at Flat Branch Home Loans were amazing! Running Out of Space
The final walk through went well today and everything is clear for tomorrow’s closing. We need to get into the new house just so I can get some of the boxes out of here. I am running out of space to put boxes…
