Well, it’s simple….I’m NOT a scrapbooker. I think people who scrapbook are awesome for doing it, but it’s not something I particularly enjoy. Yes, I have tried it. No, I did not enjoy it. Also, I just wouldn’t be able to take a picture every day. We have an awesome camera, but a picture every day isn’t happening. On the flip side, I really like the idea of journaling our family life for a year. The little things that the kids or Andy say, the good times, the not-so-good times, the funny times, or just how I’m feeling. I started thinking about this back in July over Andy’s 40th Birthday Weekend. BlumeNation came in from Greenville and Jill was doing “POTD” as she called it (that’s Picture of the Day for those who don’t know). That got me thinking, but as I said…..NOT a scrapbooker, but I DO have a computer permanently attached to me or so it seems. Insert this popping into my head last week and here comes WordPress Blog! I won’t have access every day to a computer to post, but every day that I do, there will be a post. So, thanks Jill for planting the seed! Love you!
