I have been having some fun with AI. I wanted some pictures that reflect the names of my soaps. This is what AI did for Forbidden Orchard.

This is what AI did for Sunlit Rhubarb.

I love them. Sometimes, AI can be helpful.

I am working on a soap product line, so I can hopefully begin recovering some of the costs associated with my soap habit. I only plan to sell to family and friends. This particular soap is inspired by a scent called, “Dark Orchard,” and it is a combination of clear and white soap bases.

The soap will be named, “Forbidden Orchard”, so using a black color seemed appropriate. It looked amazing in the mold.

The soap looked even more amazing after the cut.

I am very excited about this one!

John had friends over today to celebrate his birthday. He was insistent that I not make them take a picture, so I settled for a picture of Andy cutting the yummy brisket that he made for the celebration.

Jack sent me this picture of Laura with her birthday present from her Dad because I forgot to take a picture of her with it. Thanks to Jack for making sure I had a picture of the day!

There is a lot of history for my office. I have worked there since 2012, but I have been told that we have been part of the University of Missouri for 90 years. Today, while walking around Townsend Hall during my lunch break, I stopped to finally read this sign. I have walked past it many times over the years, but I never took the time to read it until today.

It is a timeline of the College of Education and Human Development filled with milestones. It was interesting, and I learned a lot, but I never expected to find this.

There it was. It was a short description of the beginning of the Assessment Resource Center. It is amazing what you can learn when you stop to read.

Happy, happy birthday to the newly minted adult that made our family whole.

I am not sure that starting ADHD medication was exactly the gift you wanted, but at least your Dad treated you to lunch and bought you a computer game.
