Ride to the Big Tree
Andy and I took a ride to the Big Tree today because I am trying to get some time on the bicycle. As I said on the ride, even small mile amounts matter.
Congratulations Letters
More and more congratulations letters are starting to arrive for John. It is fun seeing all the different return address labels.
Hidden Cask
To go with the merlot scented soap, I made “Hidden Cask.”
This one uses a Chardonnay scent and Gold Sparkle color. I have had a lot of fun making these for the two-year anniversary of Musket Cellars!
SEMO Day at the Market
It was SEMO Day at the Market.
It was so much fun watching the kids belt out the music from their pre-game and halftime shows!
While it was hard to hear the entire sound profile because the area was relatively small, the SEMO Marching Band still sounded just as good as they did at ExtravaBANDza. I am looking forward to seeing the shows!
ExtravaBANDza
We are in Cape Girardeau to see the SEMO Marching Band’s opening performance for the first time. They sound amazing! I cannot wait to see the show. It was even better to see the kids in the same band again and to see the excitement from John as he begins his first season.
Packing Up
We did a pretty good job of packing the kids for college, but we did forget a few things. Everything is packed and ready for our trip to Cape Girardeau tomorrow. Instead of taking another full carload, we are taking a rug, one box, one container, a bag, and one foam roller. It should also be said that a few of these things were declared “not needed” by the kids.
