This is one of my new co-workers. This rabbit comes onto the back patio to see me every morning. I even was able to open the back door without scaring it today.

The basement is almost ready to paint. It only took nearly four years, but I finally found curtains for the sliding glass door. This is the before picture.

This is the after.

I ordered the last wall decoration today. Once that is hung, we can finally paint. Will 2020 be the year of the “finished” basement? Stay tuned!
The struggle is REAL. Six weeks ago, Laura and John were the same height.

It was a beautiful day for a ride to The Station House to celebrate my 47th birthday with a few great friends.

He decided he wanted to stay for pitching practice.

It is one of my favorite days at The Kassel Castle, because it is homemade ice cream day!

On the menu are three different types. First is Vanilla Ice Cream.

Second is Blueberry Ice Cream.

And, the new addition this year is Red Wine Ice Cream.

It is a lot easier to make homemade ice cream than most people think and it tastes so yummy!
