Valentine’s Day
We spent our Valentine’s Day watching Kewpie Sound perform at the Hickman High School versus Rock Bridge High School basketball games. It was not our typical steak dinner at home with the kids, but it was still fun.
What a Day
It was a really crappy day at work, so I am going to enjoy this glass of wine and forget all about it.
Super Bowl Sunday!
It was a quiet evening at our house watching the Kansas City Chiefs win the Super Bowl.
Busy Day of Scouts
It was a busy day of Scout activities. First, both kids helped with the Pack 2 crossover, welcoming three new Scouts to Troop 706.
Then, John spent the evening helping with the Pack 733 Pinewood Derby. I think the “big Scouts” were happy to get to run their old Pinewood Derby cars on the track. Apparently, all four of John’s cars still reign supreme!
Parents’ Day Off
Andy and I spent the day in St. Louis. We ate great food, tasted great beer, and enjoyed the day together.
We need these days now and then!
Time to Purge
The time to purge has come, and I am starting with the Legos and the shelf that held them all.
