While in Atlanta for the Microsoft Ignite conference, Andy got to take in one of the last games at Turner Field. The game wasn’t particularly exciting, but he very much enjoyed himself.
Two Sports
It was a night of two sports. First, John had a baseball game. He played really well! He had a couple of base hits and caught a high pop fly.
Meanwhile, Laura was at gymnastics practice (special thanks to Uncle Jeremy for getting her there!). John and I arrived just in time to see her climb the rope. She made it halfway up! She has never made it more than a quarter of the way up the rope. Way to go Laura!

Andy leaves for Ignite, a work conference, in Atlanta tomorrow morning.
Friday Night Baseball
We arrived at the ballpark a little early this evening so that John could practice pitching with Andy behind the plate. John is still not showing interest in pitching, but he is getting less adverse to the thought.
We followed that up with a game. John struck out on both at bats, but you can’t hit them all. He did have some good defensive plays. Go, John, go!
