Because it is Alia’s last night here, it is a movie, “Sing,” and popcorn kind of night with a great friend!
Play Hard!
Laura’s Girl Scout Troop took a field trip to Warrenton, Missouri, to the Ninja Warrior Gym that is part of K4 Performance Complex. Siblings got to attend as well and everyone had a blast!
The kids had free play time where both kids mastered the Warp Wall.
There were also organized events like Human Foosball and a Nerf Gun battle.
It was a fun, great way to spend a morning and a great way to burn off some energy. All the kids riding in my car took a short nap on the way home – wonderful quiet after all the noise of the morning.

Tired Legs
Sometimes, you do the things you don’t want to do even though you are bone tired. That was me today, but I got on my bike for 10 1/2 miles anyway. When I got back, I realized that I have officially crossed the 300-mile mark! A nice surprise given how much it took to force myself to ride today.
Goodbye Darren
Tonight was Darren Bickerton’s last ride with Big Tree Cycling. He and his family are moving to Naples, Florida and they leave tomorrow. Over the past year, he has been an immense help and friend to Andy. We wish him well in his future adventures, but we will miss you Darren!
Women’s Ride Wednesday
It was back at it today – Women’s Ride Wednesday! I am really enjoying these rides and find myself looking forward to them every week. Even though I was pretty tired tonight, it was a fun ride and I am really glad I went.
