Going Through Life One Blog Post at a Time
Unfortunately, Andy’s BikeMS ride has been cancelled for this weekend due to the weather. His team will still be getting together for some sort of event here in town, but I know he is disappointed. He is still riding in two other BikeMS rides, but it won’t be quite the same.
All the comfortable places in our house and she chooses the box…
We framed the team picture from John’s last baseball tournament of the season. Such a great picture! Now, to find a place to hang it on his bedroom wall.
We spent the afternoon enjoying wine and the beautiful views at Serenity Valley Winery.
Great conversation, great friends, and great wine. It doesn’t get any better than that!
Carol and Shawn are here! It was a great afternoon of catching up, followed by dinner at Agave. There is just something about spending time with friends that you don’t talk to often and, when you see them, it is like you just talked yesterday.
Andy and I didn’t get our bike ride to Boonville and back today because of the rain, but it was still a productive day. We had breakfast at Meriweather’s and then stopped at Best Buy and Hobby Lobby. I now have a new, 8-quart programmable crockpot, but I am sad to get rid of the one we got for our wedding.
I also cleaned the house and Andy installed our new backsplash behind our stove. This is the before.
This is the during.
This is the after!
I love it! It is so much better!
