Andy leaves in just a few weeks to ride Bike MS. He will be riding 100 miles each day for all the people we know who live with MS every day. I am incredibly proud of Andy for doing this every year and, if you can spare even $10, I know he would appreciate it. The link is below:
The start of school is “official.” Yes, John went to school yesterday, but we took him for the first day. Today, he rode the bus. School is back in session!
The day has arrived. School is back in session! Laura is in seventh grade at West Middle School.
She walked to the bus stop this morning with Haley, our neighbor, who is starting sixth grade. Have a great day girls!
We also have a fifth grader.
It was our LAST first day at Ridgeway Elementary. I can’t believe we are already here. Another chapter is coming to a close.
It was “new glasses day” for Laura. She is so excited to have transition lenses for the first time. Thank you to Advanced Vision for answering all my questions about CRT versus keeping glasses and for helping a twelve-year old pick out just the “right” frames. She is ready for seventh grade!
After being up until 3 am, I think John might be a little tired.
It was John’s turn for his birthday sleepover and the night did not disappoint. There was pizza.
There were cupcakes.
There were presents.
There was pool time.
There were video games.
Most of all, there was fun with friends. Happy 10th Birthday John!
Another year of Camp Mudd has come to an end. Thanks to Julie Alexander and the counselors for another great year! John came home from Party Week tired and full of dirt and candy. It doesn’t get any better than that!
