Ever wonder what a baseball family does in between games? Well, we move the “tent village” back and hang out. It is a lot of talking, playing on phones, drinking a beer or two, and just relaxing with the “family.”

Andy did some work on our recipe database, so I can edit recipes again. Of course, I wouldn’t need to edit recipes if I put them in the correct categories when I entered them, but what can you do? He also set up an “Ice Cream” category under Desserts. Thanks for helping me, Andy!

This is another reason why we love CycleX so much – shop cats! This is Barlow. Brinker is soaking up the sun by the front door.

John is working on a requirement for his Boy Scout First Class rank. Today, he planned the family meals and will prepare two of them. It was Buttermilk Pancakes and fruit salad for breakfast.

This is the third pair of baseball cleats since March. I bought these as the “just in case” pair. Now, John will probably need another pair before the last tournament in October. I am going broke replacing clothes and shoes!!! Stop growing, kid!!!

So, Laura can hyper focus on things. She never noticed that I took this picture and she did not reply when I said her name three times and asked three different questions. I applaud the focus. I just wish that it would not take ripping the book out of her hands to get her attention.

These were complete impulse buys, but together they will make a tasty dessert!
