I love flipping through pictures that friends post on Facebook. One of the baseball moms posted this gem from yesterday.

The Mid-MO Stars brought home Championship #3 for the 2021 season in convincing fashion.

The boys came out firing and never looked back. They made minimal mistakes and won the first game 12-2. Then, they absolutely steamrolled the second team for the Championship win.

John played really well all weekend and had another great weekend at the plate. He hit two triples that were absolute bombs with one of those hitting the middle of the 300-foot fence. For those who do not know much about baseball at this age, a 300-foot home run for a 13-year old would be quite a feat.

Way to go, Stars! Those silver rings make a nice addition to the growing collection.

Andy is in Godfrey, IL, with the Veterans United Loan Riders to enjoy two days of cycling for a great cause.

It is always a great weekend for Andy because he gets to spend time with a great group of people doing one of the things that he loves the most.

Unfortunately, the kids and I could not be there to watch him cross the finish line after riding 100 miles each day, but we are still cheering him on. We love you, Andy!

Laura was so nervous for this evening. It was her first football game with the Hickman High School Marching Band and her first, real performance.

The band did such a great job!

Laura looked great on the field and you could tell that she was having a lot of fun.

It was a great night getting to watch Laura on the field. There is just something pretty awesome about a marching band geek!

Wine, work, and ordering dinner in are on the menu tonight. It is time to get stuff done.

It was a no picture kind of day. It happens.
