I miss the days when a new pair of shoes for John cost a whopping $20. Can I somehow magically shrink him back to little John?

I have nearly completed purchasing Christmas decorations for the basement.

I only have curtains left to buy. Dark green curtains will replace the sliding glass door curtains during the holiday season starting next year.

I guess I will have to begin decorating the second floor. Maybe, I can buy things for the bookshelves outside the master bedroom. Must. Buy. More. Decorations…
It was a late lunch at the Claysville Store for us today.

They have some of the best fried chicken and all the fixings around. John will attest to the fabulousness of their mashed potatoes as he ate two full bowls himself.

It was a great afternoon with the family eating delicious food!

Troops 523 and 706 helped to clean up the yard at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church. It was three conservation service hours that will count towards the Life rank for both kids.
