Andy’s new bike was put together by CycleX today and Andy went to the shop for a personalized fitting. He brought her home and I have a happy husband!
Hawks
This morning, two hawks – an adult and a juvenile – were hanging out in the dead Sycamore tree in our backyard. Andy got to see both of them as they watched the squirrels running around. This evening the juvenile was still there for the rest of us to see. They are really beautiful birds!
Andy’s New Bike
I have an excited husband. His new Specialized road bicycle arrived at CycleX today. It is scheduled to be put together tomorrow. The only thing he is sad about is that the weather isn’t supposed to be so good for the next week. He may not actually get to try it out for a bit!
New Lights!
John has new lights under his bed for his hang out area. He was so excited that he can turn them on and off with the swipe of a hand.
Noise…
We made it all the way through two babies/toddlers without having lots of “noisy, annoying toys.” However, we decided that a mini basketball hoop would be a great Christmas gift for John. Andy has officially labelled that as dumb parenting idea #3,410,962. John makes more noise shooting hoops than ANY of those noisy, annoying toys ever would…
