Day 8 of the 28-day cycling challenge was outside. Even a quick 11 miles outside is better than 30 minutes on the trainer! I have completed 116.8 miles so far!
Curtains
While purchasing the black curtains for Andy’s office at Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I found curtains for our bedroom. They match the blinds perfectly and will really stand out once we paint the room. I had two sets of paint chips, but “Blue Square” is the color (second from the top). Next is bedding. Eventually, we will replace our queen-size bed with a king-size. It only took me 16 months to find the curtains. Any guesses on how long it takes to find bedding?!?

Sometimes, after going through old emails both personal and from a previous job, you feel the need to drink wine. Today, I am thankful for Boxed Wine. Of course, this will make the 28-day cycling challenge hurt later, but I will be riding the trainer anyway.
Super Bowl LII
It is Super Bowl time! We enjoyed the game with great friends, food, good beer, and a New England Patriots loss! Bring on the funny, Super Bowl memes!
Picture Day
It was picture day for Upward Cheer and Basketball. I snuck some pictures of my own, but I had the flash off on my camera so I would not affect the lighting for the photographer. Subsequently, the lighting is not the best for my pictures, but I still got a few good ones. I am looking forward to seeing the photographer’s pictures.

Stout Bout
Look what I found at Aldi today… I have never met a stout that I didn’t like. I have had the Oatmeal Stout before, but not the other three. I am looking forward to trying the rest!
