Going Through Life One Blog Post at a Time
It is going to be some nasty weather tonight. The tornado sirens started about 9:15 or so. While we are not in the direct path of a tornado, the winds and rain are still fierce. For the last 45 minutes, the phone, email, and television notices have been constant.
It is dinner out for us tonight. Time to let someone else prepare dinner!
Way to go Laura! She was one of the winners in the haiku category of the Columbia Water and Light – Columbia Youth Teaching Efficiency marketing contest. She won $75 for her haiku!
It was a breakfast double date bike ride to Meriwether’s Café today.
We rode with the Pointers for just under 30 miles along the MKT and Katy trails. Great friends and great food were the menu on this beautiful Saturday morning.
Only six days of elementary school left…
It is another last for John today. He is going on his last field trip with Ridgeway Elementary and he is so excited!
His class went to the St. Louis Arch. His was in a group with Fisher, Connor, and Ayden. Thanks to Fisher’s mom, Nicole, for sending me a few pictures throughout the day.
I don’t think the boys had any fun at all…
