I spent some time on the road bike doing a fit check today. It was a slow ride because I am seriously out of shape, but I am completely comfortable on it now. Special thanks to Angela Peterson from CycleX for hanging in there with me until I finally figured out why it hurt so much. Also, thanks to that husband of mine for slowing WAY down for me and for being incredibly patient. Hopefully, I will be able to knock out a real road ride easily soon!

I am so glad that we decided to hang these pictures in our bedroom. I smile every time I see them.

The last of the basement decorations arrived today. It has been nearly 24 years since “The Kassel Castle” was established. Time flies…

John’s treatment plan is in place. He will see the chiropractor twice a week for the next three weeks and then once a week for the following four weeks. Dr. Dakota told us that he hopes to never see him again after that!

I forgot to menu plan for last week and I am behind for this week. Ugh.

I finally got the chance to ride with Julie this morning. It was great conversation, a fun ride, and butterflies.
