Baseball season has begun!

Going Through Life One Blog Post at a Time
Baseball season has begun!

It is a futile effort to attempt to get Andy in and out of Menards in less than 30 minutes.

Apparently, this is what bored looks like if you are an 11-year old boy at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning.

Well, it only took 26+ years, but the leather straps on our college paddles finally needed replacement. It is Andy to the rescue!

I spent some time on the road bike doing a fit check today. It was a slow ride because I am seriously out of shape, but I am completely comfortable on it now. Special thanks to Angela Peterson from CycleX for hanging in there with me until I finally figured out why it hurt so much. Also, thanks to that husband of mine for slowing WAY down for me and for being incredibly patient. Hopefully, I will be able to knock out a real road ride easily soon!

I am so glad that we decided to hang these pictures in our bedroom. I smile every time I see them.

The last of the basement decorations arrived today. It has been nearly 24 years since “The Kassel Castle” was established. Time flies…
