This is the fourth time in four days that this shelf has fallen off the shelf supports.

I guess it is time to call in the big guns, meaning Andy, to fix it, so that the dining room table does not have to double as a pantry.

This is the fourth time in four days that this shelf has fallen off the shelf supports.

I guess it is time to call in the big guns, meaning Andy, to fix it, so that the dining room table does not have to double as a pantry.

I cannot believe we took Laura to laptop pickup. There is no more denying that she is a freshman. I simply cannot believe it.

The baseball holders that I ordered for John’s first and second over-the-fence home runs came in today. They were $8 each on Etsy. John loves them!

We had dinner at The Station House, but that is not the important part of the evening. Andy and Laura rode from our house to there AND back. That is 28 miles round trip. Now, that is not a big deal for the Cycling Beast of our family, but that was her longest ride to date. Laura was so proud of herself and she should be. She is not a “push yourself” type of kid (at least not athletically) and she rode 28 miles! I am sure Laura will be tired and sore tomorrow, but she has earned a relaxation day. Great job, kiddo!

John’s new shelf is set up and ready to display the tournament trophy and home run baseballs. Now, I just need the two surprises that I ordered to arrive. Stay tuned!

The kids are making Mug Brownies. I wonder what condition the kitchen will be in when they are done…
