Going Through Life One Blog Post at a Time
I am not completely sure since I do not speak “teenager,” but I am pretty sure that John thought Old Faithful was neat.

John seemed a little homesick last night, but today is different. He has been texting us pictures as they travel for most of the morning.

It seems that the closer they get, the more excited he is.

John will not have signal on his phone soon, so I am not sure how many updates we will get until Friday when they leave for home. I cannot wait to hear the stories and see more pictures!
John is packed and ready.

He and Ayden are leaving for Yellowstone National Park on a Columbia Public Schools Science trip today.

Here is to hoping the boys have a great week and love the mountains!

We took our annual ride to the Big Tree to celebrate the end of another school year. This year was truly the craziest school year ever and we were all glad to see it come to a close.

It was a beautiful day to hang out under the Big Tree…

…and, it was a celebration! This school year was a real struggle especially for John, and both kids did great even if grades did not always reflect that.

We officially have a Sophomore and an Eighth Grader. Now, it is time to sit back and relax. On to summer!

They made it through the craziest school year ever! We officially have a Sophomore…

…and an Eighth Grader!

You have to take the pictures when you can. It is just a tiny bit of proof that the kids just might like each other.
