It was a fun day celebrating Homecoming at SEMO even though both Andy and I were hoping for a Western Illinois University win. While that did not happen, we did still enjoy the day!
We started the day watching the kids march by in the parade. It was great to be able to go downstairs from our apartment to see the parade!
Then, we walked to campus for tailgating and the game. As always, the band sounded amazing. I love their traditional pre-game show.
Because it was Homecoming, the band did a fifth quarter performance of their whole halftime show. It is such a fun show this year! After the performance, we made sure to get a picture of the kids in uniform, and then we walked back downtown.
We wrapped up the day with dinner with the kids and then relaxation in our apartment. It was a great way to spend the day!
