Andy and I went to the Bollinger Mill State Historic Site today to check it out.

It was a working mill that began operations in 1867. It was neat to tour the facility and learn about the different iterations of business. We also got to meet the mill cat named, “Flour.”

We also got to see one of only three remaining covered wooden bridges left in Missouri.

We were only there for about 90 minutes, but it was fun to see a small part of Missouri history.
