The kids participated in the Gold Star Memorial Day Parade today. Laura carried the banner for Sterling Wyatt, who was an Eagle Scout from Troop 706.
She also participated in the flag ceremony at the Boone County Courthouse.
John marched in the combined high school band.
It was a great way to honor both the families and the service members who died for the freedoms that we all enjoy.
