It was a busy day that was largely focused on John. First up was the Ridgeway Elementary Senior Walk. He got to see old classmates…
…including his Unit A “girlfriend” (though they both went to Hickman). There are lots of fun stories with these two from back in the day!
He got to see former teachers. Mr. Gramke was John’s teacher for three years, and he LOVED “Mr. G.”
He also got to walk the halls one last time through all the current students.
It was such a fun event, and John was glad that he went. After this was over, we headed home for some work and final preparations for painting the half bathroom. The paint will be done tomorrow, and then everything goes back in place just in time for John’s Graduation Party.
We finished out the day at John’s final Court of Honor with Troop 706 where he earned the Outdoor Achievement Award for camping, service hour beads, and three merit badges.
It was a busy day, but it was also fun to get to celebrate John.
