Happy Easter! It was a quiet day for us. It started with cups of coffee for Andy and me while the kids dug through their Easter baskets. Laura’s basket was full of books.
John’s basket had a rainfly for his hammock and a new drive shaft for his Traxxas remote control car.
After a tasty breakfast of crepes, we spent most of the day relaxing. We did get out for a little bit as we took the kids over to Shelter Gardens for some pictures. These two sure do clean up well! Laura even insisted on wearing a dress.
We took a few individual pictures too.
Neither of the kids look like “littles” anymore.
The rest of the day was spent cooking and enjoying the outside. Who knew that we would actually be able to have Easter dinner outside on our deck?
