Well, I guess the creek bank finally eroded enough. It is time to call the tree service.

Chapman Heating and Cooling sent us thank you cookies today for working with them on replacement of our HVAC system. I realize that we spent a lot of money with them, but the cookies were a pleasant surprise!

Laura and I went shopping for her college dorm room today. We had a great time wandering through Target looking for pillows, a mattress pad, towels, plastic dishes, and a reading pillow. She suckered me into buying the frog throw pillow. She loved it, and she “needs” a throw pillow on her bed! There are only 34 days left to “SEMO drop-off day.”

Jim has discovered that there is space between John’s chair in his room and the wall. Typically, Jim only goes in there when John is not in the room, but he walked across John while he was sitting in his chair and disappeared into the spot. Jim really loves that hidey hole because he obviously no longer cares if John knows he is in there.

Greek Meatball Gyros were on the menu plan. These are so easy to make and so good!
