Halloween is a lot different with teenagers. Some things are the same – Chili and Great Pumpkin Ale, but other things are much different. The teens handed out candy and hung out with us.

John and Ari are about as cute as it gets! Although, this was the second picture. It turns out that Ari needs to tell him to smile too.
I finished organizing the decoration closet today. It was a somewhat long process, but all the decorations are now in plastic containers, and everything is labelled and stacked much better. There is actually even extra space! Up next is finding some sort of container for throw pillow storage. My need to organize is never really done…
I completed the University of Missouri’s Administrative Leadership Development Program today. It was six months of work with other leaders from across the University of Missouri System. It was the best professional development program that I have ever been through, and I am proud of myself for going outside my comfort zone. I learned a lot about myself and how to lead my organization in a more effective manner. Congratulations to me!
