Friday Night Lights included Senior Night for Laura.
I cannot believe that she is nearing the end of her last high school marching band season!
It was great to watch the show from the track and celebrate our favorite Senior at the Senior Night reception.
We are so proud of her!

It should be a funny morning tomorrow at Marching Band practice!
I guess Andy’s dresser is the spot of choice today.
Andy and Laura got the opportunity to join BJ, a friend from the Scout troop, in his plane today.
They flew around Columbia and got to see our house from the air.
They had a great time and really enjoyed the experience.

Every experience this year makes me realize Laura is just one step closer to graduation. It was such a fun time watching her get her photos taken. She was tentative at first, but she was loving every minute by the end.

The Cat Distribution System is at work. Laura has a theory that cats find their owners, and they distribute themselves. Well, this one showed up on our doorstep, and no one has claimed him after several days. So, we named him. Meet Colonel Cornelius von Frankenberger-Whiskers III, otherwise known as “Jim.” Welcome to the family!
The Hickman High School Marching Band participated in the Rock Bridge Marching Band Festival today. The kids did a great job, placing second in both their class and overall. Congratulations, Kewpies!
