Well, it only took five days into 2024 to forget to take a picture. Oh well…
Teenagers…
No, John did not ask Laura to step on his back. She just saw him lying there and decided to do it. Teenagers are weird.

Very Interested
Yesterday, Jim decided to get very interested in the Crested Gecko that Laura has been taking care of while John’s girlfriend was out of town over Christmas break. I walked into Laura’s bedroom today to put something away and Jim appeared out of nowhere. He hopped up on the dresser and immediately started sniffing the top of the cage. It is a good thing that Stubby goes home today, because I am not sure how much longer we can keep that giant, crazy cat out of the cage.

Still Growing…
Andy does not measure Laura’s height anymore because she has stopped growing. On the other hand, John just will not stop growing…

New Year
You know that it is a new year when the new calendar is on our refrigerator…

…and when I have set up the new categories on my blog.

Let 2024 begin!
Happy New Year!
We rang in the new year at Broadway Brewery with Amanda and Michael Fues.

We ate great food, had good drinks, and shared a lot of laughs. The Columbia Jazz Orchestra was pretty great too.

Happy New Year! Here is to a great 2024!
Shenanigans
If I had to guess, I would say Jim is the culprit of the ornament shenanigans.
