Going Through Life One Post at a Time
It was a short break, but it sure was good to have our girl home for a few days!

Our day started at 4:30 am with Trumpet Section Breakfast. Andy and Laura made pancakes and sausage for the trumpet crew. Call time at Hickman High School was 6:30 am!

Then, the Hickman Marching Band participated in the MU Homecoming Parade. It was an early parade this year because the Homecoming game was at 11 am.

The Hickman Marching Band spent the rest of the day at Battle High School at the last competition of the year. The marching band performed so well!

After an 18-hour day, the kids finally arrived home about 11 pm. Way to go, Marching Kewpies! We are so proud of you!
Someone is home for Fall Break!

The kids are together again!

It was the first band concert of the year. John is in Symphonic Band again this year.

While I could not see John while his band played, the band sounded great. Band is off to another great year!

Jim was playing behind the pillows on the guest bed today.

When I got back from running errands, I saw this.

I am pretty sure that is a cat trail. Jim is so weird.
