Andy and I went to Rose Music Hall this evening for a night out. If you ever have the opportunity to see the Collegiate Shag Brass Band, do it. Amazing musicians. Amazing!

Super Bowl 50!
It wasn’t the ’85 Bears (but Richard Dent was there!), but it was still Super Bowl 50. We had a few friends over and enjoyed the game with drinks, food, and amazing friends! Laura, John, and Alia had a great time playing and “watching the game.”
Us adults watched the game and just hung out. We enjoyed (or stared blankly) at the commercials, laughed a lot, and just enjoyed ourselves. I made sure that someone took a picture of Rachel and I because this is the beginning of the end. B, Rachel, and Alia are moving to Alabama this coming summer and this will be our last Super Bowl party together. Here we are just two friends enjoying Chocolate Martinis with the Super Bowl in the background. I love you Rachel!
Blue and Gold Banquet
We attended the Blue and Gold Banquet this evening for John’s Cub Scout Pack. It is hard to believe that in just three, short years John will be crossing the bridge to Boy Scouts. I am very proud of all of my Scouts – Laura (who is determined to go all the way through Girl Scouting), John, and Andy (now Assistant Cub Scout Packmaster of Pack 2)!
