Well, I wish it was empty just because I cleaned it. Here is to hoping that the compressor relay that Andy ordered fixes it, because I really do *not* want to buy a new one only to move in 45 days. Thank goodness we have two mini refrigerators and the deep freeze. I still had to use the big cooler and buy ice though. Not fun…
Andy rode in the Red Shoe Ride with his cycling team today. It is a yearly fundraiser that Big Tree Cycling sponsors each year for the Ronald McDonald House.
Andy choose the 100-mile ride, which left Shakespeare’s South at 7:30 am.
He finished right about 2:45 pm and took the time to enjoy a beer and pizza with friends. It was a great day of fundraising for a great cause!
This is my reward for running a full 25 minutes with no stopping at the gym today! That Couch to 5K really does work!
How is John *MY* son?!? I gave him two Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies with his lunch today and he didn’t eat them! What?!?
It was a big day in Kassel new house-land. We had the inspection on 3711 Armadillo Court. It was a relief that there are only a few things, but none of them are “fail” bad. Trees need to be trimmed (which we had already asked the current owners to do), the dryer vent is clogged, and there is a hole in the garage wall that needs to be patched. Big check mark number one off the list!
Completely by coincidence, the appraisal was also done today. We should know the results in about a week. That will be big check mark number two off the list. The last big check mark is getting the loan completed. Can this really be happening?
What does it mean when Andy’s work laptop is on the kitchen counter? On call. For the next week. I hate these weeks.
