John is having a sleepover with one of his best friends, Caleb, today. I haven’t seen the boys except to give them pizza for dinner. I *think* they are having fun!

Three Months
It has been three months since my seizure. I still don’t know the cause, but I am lucky because all test results have been perfectly normal. It could have been much worse. I also learned some things over the past few months. I have really great friends who have driven me and my kids around…

Hawk
This beautiful red-tailed hawk has been hanging out by our house. I am really hoping that we get to enjoy it all summer. There is a large nest in a tree not to far off in the distance and I really hope that is “home.” What a beautiful bird!
Acolyte
Today was Laura’s first experience as an acolyte at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church. Despite being nervous, she did a great job!
Games
It was another Saturday of games. John’s game was up first at 4 pm. His team lost by a few points, but John played well, scoring a basket to open the game and earning the red star for defense. Laura’s game was at 5 pm. She did a great job tonight, calling lots of different cheers…
