This evening, dinner (Spicy Ramen) is being made by John to fulfill a requirement for the Scout Cooking merit badge.
My heart is full because Laura is home to supervise!
We are all under one roof, and this momma is so happy.
Band
We spent the morning at the MU Jazz Festival. John is in Jazz Lab again, and his group sounded great!
Then, Andy headed to Cape Girardeau to pick up Laura. He got there in time to see Laura in the Show Band. They sounded great as always!
It was a busy band day filled with lots of driving. It was great to get to see both kids though!

To the Vet
It was time for Jim’s annual check-up at Rolling Hills Veterinary Hospital. All things considered, he did well on the car ride to and from the vet and also at his appointment. He was given a clean bill of health. Jim weighed in at 12.8 pounds, and he did not react when given two vaccinations. Good job, Jimmers!
SEMO
We are taking John for a college visit to Southeast Missouri State University at the end of February. The “good” recruiting brochure arrived today for him.
