We did a flat repair clinic on our CycleX Women’s Ride tonight. Andy has shown me how to fix a flat, but I haven’t actually done it myself. I will be slow at the process, but I think I could actually do it by myself now. Yay for no more “flat fear!” (And, no, my tire wasn’t actually flat… We just used one of my bike tires.)

Sunday
Friends, drinks, pool, and dinner – a great way to spend a Sunday! (Sorry… I forgot a picture.)
Happy Birthday John!
Happy, Happy Birthday to this 9-year old! You completed our family even if there are times I think we may have been a bit crazy to want a second child. You are either sleeping or on the go, go, go, and you continually find ways to make me think, “Boys!” You certainly keep me on my toes. I love you, John Buddy! Here is to a great birthday for you!
Happy Birthday Laura!
Where has the time gone? Eleven years ago today, Laura made me a mom for the first time. I remember seeing her beautiful red hair and saying out loud, “Are you sure you have the right baby?” Happy, Happy, Happy Birthday to my Wee Ginger! I love you, Red (even if you slept all day because you were too tired from last night’s campout and this is the only picture I could get of you all day…)!
Camp Mudd Family Night
It is that time of year again – the first Camp Mudd Family Night and Sleepover! This week’s theme was Super Heroes and Super Villains. I went out to see the skits and drop off the kids’ campout gear.
The skits were cute and it was fun to watch them.
After the skits, I stayed so that the kids could give me a tour. Yes, I have been on the tour many times, but I went again anyway. I talked to a few people and then left the kids for the night. I hope they have a great time!
