It was a breakfast double date bike ride to Meriwether’s CafĂ© today.

We rode with the Pointers for just under 30 miles along the MKT and Katy trails. Great friends and great food were the menu on this beautiful Saturday morning.

Only six days of elementary school left…

It is another last for John today. He is going on his last field trip with Ridgeway Elementary and he is so excited!

His class went to the St. Louis Arch. His was in a group with Fisher, Connor, and Ayden. Thanks to Fisher’s mom, Nicole, for sending me a few pictures throughout the day.

I don’t think the boys had any fun at all…

We had a great time at Bikes & Brews tonight!

This event is part of PedNet’s Bike, Walk, & Wheel Week and it is a pub crawl on bikes through downtown Columbia. It is such a fun event and I purchased our tickets in March – well before Andy got diverticulitis. Unfortunately, he cannot drink while on the medication, but he still wanted to tag along. We “forced” our friend, Cody, to be Andy’s stand-in and had a great time along the way! Thanks for joining us, Cody!

I finally found some new cushions and pillows for the bistro set on our front porch. Andy and I sit out here a lot as it is fully shaded in the afternoons. It is nice to have a fresh look!
