Trail Ride
I chased a guy on the trail for almost 22 miles today. It had been quite a while since I have been on a bike and I am out of shape, but I still maintained a 13.4 mph average. That is good enough for me!

Marching!
It was Laura’s first marching experience with the Hickman High School band, and she even stayed in step. When Laura met up with us in the fourth quarter, she told us that she is joining marching band next year. I think she liked it…

It is middle school band at the football games this year, and Hickman High School marching band next year.
Parking Lot
It has been five months in the making, but my work parking lot is finally getting the repairs it desperately needed. By Monday, the stripes will be back. It is funny how excited everyone is for a new parking lot. This is my work life these days – fixing all the things that were neglected for years. I love it!
