Now that baseball is no longer taking up our Tuesday nights, it is time for the “other” fall sport – Cyclocross!

John asked Laura and I for help cleaning out his school binder. I had no idea that one kid could accumulate so much paper in just under two months.

Andy rode 60 miles today while enjoying time with friends. He had a great weekend and we look forward to seeing him tonight!

This is Andy’s current situation.

After 80 miles on the bike through beautiful Tennessee, he is enjoying some Lynchburg Lemonades at the Jack Daniel’s Distillery.

What did the kids and I do today, you ask? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!
Andy and some of our cycling friends are in Tennessee this weekend for another BikeMS ride. They will ride 75 miles each way and spend most of Saturday evening at the Jack Daniel’s Distillery. They have arrived safely and the important things (Yuengling beer of various kinds) have been acquired for safe return on Sunday.

Laura surprises me everyday. She drew this for the West Middle School yearbook cover contest. Win or lose, this is amazing. My Red has a real gift.
