John had a little mishap at Scouts this evening. The boys were messing around and he got pushed into a wall. He has a small cut behind his ear, a bump, and a headache. Fortunately, he is fine. Will this teach him to not participate next time?!? Doubtful… Boys!

It was a busy day for us. I dropped Laura off at 6:15 am to leave for her Quiz Bowl tournament in Washington, MO. Then, Andy and John got in some service hours for Boy Scouts at this month’s service event while I attended the visitation for my co-worker. Once Andy and John were done with the service event, they left for Washington to go to the Quiz Bowl tournament. Laura’s team did pretty well. Great job, kids!

Once home, Andy and John left to earn some more service hours. They attended a Blue and Gold banquet for Pack 989 where John helped to welcome four boys into Troop 706.

Everyone was tired this evening and tomorrow will be just as busy!
It is time to get the homework done, so John can get his weekend (and Fortnite screen time) started.

I couldn’t help myself. I got all “Pinterest-y” today. I love me some easy organization!

Yes, I am fully aware that I am a nerd. Feel free to laugh at me. In the meantime, I will enjoy my glass of wine and continually open my cabinet door to admire my nerdiness.
