These plants that we just bought for outdoors are indoors for a couple of nights…

I felt like doing a little baking, so I am making an Angel Food Cake.

This got me to thinking though. This mix was just a box mix. I think the next Angel Food Cake is going to be from scratch! In the meantime, I am going to slice some strawberries and pile on the whipped cream…

Food Truck Friday at Brookside makes for a happy me. We drive up the street and pick up food from The Wrap and The Big Cheeze. We take it home and eat! That means no cooking after a long week and a super easy Friday night. I will take it!
