It was another weekly trip to the grocery store and another three gallons of milk. This is what it takes to help sustain the 13-year old man-child in the Kassel household.

The day started with coffee and watching the Paris-Roubaix cycling race. The kids eventually opened their Easter baskets, and Andy made crepes for brunch. We spent most of the day relaxing, and eating good food. It was quiet, but it was also a nice way to spend Easter.

The boys were incredibly flat on Friday night, which put them as the fifth seed in bracket play for Saturday. The team we know showed up today, but they fell just short of making the championship game. John played really well on Saturday, and it was great to see him hitting again. Sometimes, it just is not your weekend. Win, lose, or tie, I just love all these boys!


These bunnies are my favorite new Easter decorations. Both are just so cute!
