Going Through Life One Post at a Time
Jim absolutely does not care that Andy set the Santa hat on him. He moved slightly and then snuggled back up. He is a silly one.
Laura’s first semester of college is complete. It is time for Winter Break and relaxation!
John had his Winter Band Concert this evening.
John is in Symphonic Band, and they played three songs.
All the bands did a great job, and John played his first horse whinney. It was fun to watch!
It is almost Christmas at the Kassel Castle. All the decorations have been placed, and the only thing left is ornaments on the Christmas tree! Laura arrives home on Wednesday and then the Christmas season can really begin. It’s the most wonderful time of the year…
It was Cranktivus today, which is the best food drive on two wheels! Plus, it is just lots of fun.
I did not ride this year because I am still coughing a lot from being sick two weeks ago. However, Andy rode and made sure to pick up food to donate for me as well.
The total amount of food donated will not be announced until later, but it is amazing how much a crazy group of cyclists can pick up at the different grocery stores. CRANKTIVUS! I hope to be able to ride again next year.
Andy and I had date night tonight – dinner and a concert. We went to Endwell Taverna for dinner. I love this place. The food is just so good!
Then, we went to see, “The Prophecy Show: Trans-Siberian Orchestra Experience.” It was great music, and we both enjoyed it.
It was such a great way to start the weekend – time with my husband. I love that man.
