…I am at home getting some cleaning and other projects done. I miss the other three, but I do really love weekends like this. There is something about eating whatever I want like this tasty Shrimp Quesadilla and drinking a nice glass of Pinot Grigio.

A co-worker joined me for dinner this evening at Agave since the rest of the Kassels left for a Scout campout. Margaritas and Mexican food were a great way to start the weekend!

I really should take the Easter decorations down, but I love this painting that Laura made. Maybe, I will wait just a few more days…

It was another weekly trip to the grocery store and another three gallons of milk. This is what it takes to help sustain the 13-year old man-child in the Kassel household.
