First Football Game
It was the first Marching Band performance of the year!
The band sounded so good and did a great job for this early in the season.
I am looking forward to watching the changes and improvements as the season goes on!
Early Mornings
For the next two months, it will be early mornings for the kids. Call time for Marching Band is 6:45 am four days a week. They will ride their bikes to school most of the time, but I took them today because Laura actually has school pictures. The less she messes up her hair, the better!
Marching Band
Andy took this picture last night at Marching Band practice, and I saw it this morning. He said that the band sounds good! Their first performance is Friday night at the first home football game.
First Day of School
Laura and John are back at the same school again. We have a Junior…

Jump Start Day
I just dropped this kid off at Hickman High School for Jump Start Day. He seemed nervous, but he also was excited to get a day at the school before the upperclassmen return tomorrow. I cannot believe that summer went so fast.
Float Trip
Andy, Laura, and John had a good time on the Scout float trip.
Laura described it as a “fast float” and John said that it was fun.
In case you are wondering, I was able to complete my entire to-do list. It was a good weekend all around!
