I am making soap again. This time, I used three new scents. This is “Warm Vanilla Sugar”, which is a copycat Bath and Body Works scent. Laura loves this scent, but I personally think it is probably better suited for candles. So, I will order more because Laura and I are going to try making candles over her Spring Break!
Then, I made Black Raspberry Vanilla, which smells completely yummy. I will definitely be using one of these bars.
This bar of soap will be called “Honey Bees and Poppy Seeds.” It is from a scent called Wildflower Breeze and it has actual poppy seeds embedded.
I also made Eucalyptus Lemon. I have made this scent before, but I am finally happy with the mold and color.
I wrapped up a long night of soap making by doing a second round of “By the Fireside”. This time I used less brown for the “wood” layer and more orange for the “fire” layer. I also added gold glitter to the fire layer. It looks so much like fire, and the scent is amazing.
Making soap makes me happy, but we cannot possibly use all this. So, maybe, I will do a small side hustle and sell some of it.
