We took Jim for one last visit with our veterinarian of 30 years. Dr. Candace Stormer has taken care of all our pets over the years, but she is officially retiring on December 30. It was bittersweet to say goodbye, but we were both glad that we got one more vet visit with her. On the other hand, Jim was not particularly pleased. He survived though, but we need to watch his weight. While he is not overweight yet, it could be coming. The chunky, furry monster weighs 14.4 pounds!
