Making Breakfast

Despite not feeling all that well, I dragged myself out of bed and got to work in the kitchen.

Recently, I found a recipe for copycat souffles from Panera. I have been trying different fillings and cheeses. On today’s menu was sausage, spinach, mushroom, and cheddar cheese. The final product was pretty tasty!

Then, it was time to make some homemade granola.

It was a busy, but productive morning in the Kassel Castle kitchen.
