We took Laura back to Southeast Missouri State University today for Spring Semester. I was up early to make Buffalo Chicken Dip for her to take.
We left for Cape Girardeau right about 10 am. It was an easy drive with some interesting scenery. While we got snow this past weekend, the Cape Girardeau area got ice.
Once we arrived, we went to Laura’s dorm to unload. Then, we went to the Drury Plaza Hotel to check-in as Andy and I are going to stay for a couple of nights. After that, we went to the Show Me Center to watch Laura in the SEMO Show Band at the basketball games.
The SEMO women’s team lost and the SEMO men’s team won. The band sounded great! It was a fun day, and we got to watch Laura do what she loves.
