Andy found these chicken marinade recipes. I immediately decided to try them because you can prep many of them at one time for future dinners.

We have been working through each recipe using both bone-in chicken thighs and boneless, skinless chicken breasts. The honey dijon marinade will not make the recipe database, but so far the others are holding their own. Another six sets of chicken thighs and chicken breasts are in the freezer.
