It was a pretty “typical” Christmas Eve around the Kassel Castle today. We said goodbye to Chippy, our Elf on the Shelf, and Melty, his friend.
Andy read us, “The Night Before Christmas.”
We sent our teenager and tween to bed at 9 pm and, miraculously, Santa arrived not long after! First, Santa ate the cookies and drank the milk.
Then, he stuffed the stockings and placed the family gift.
Before Santa left, he placed presents for the kids by the Christmas tree.
